Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Construction and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving materials orders with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
