Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving harvest schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
