Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Redstone Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Virginia Beach, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving enrolment with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
