Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Lantern Pharma Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving batch records with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
