Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Northwind Construction is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving subcontractor invoices with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
