Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Northwind Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving customer orders with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
