Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Farms and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving harvest schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
