Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving family communication with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
