Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Markets is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving shrink and waste with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
