Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pine Housing and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving waiting lists with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
