Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Fernwood Rook Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Toledo plant, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving bindery work with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
