Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Northwind Clear Farms is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving cold storage with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
