Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Fernwood Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving supply orders with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
