Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Bright Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving machine downtime with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
