Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Nova Umber Foods Group is a Oakland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving cold storage with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
