Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Harborlight Cobalt Markets is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving promotions with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
