Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Harborlight Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Miami region. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving packing house output with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
