Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving route schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
