Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Richmond, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving field records with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
