Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Providence, RI)

Cedar Maple Housing Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Handle work involving waiting lists with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
