Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Portland, OR)

Nova Harbor Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Portland, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving service alerts with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
