Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Farms Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Portland. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving grower contracts with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
