Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Forge Freight is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving loads and lanes with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
