Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in New Orleans caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving enrolment with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
