Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around New Orleans. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle work involving contractor visits with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
