Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Cross Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Madison, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving customer sites with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
