Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Madison, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. We reward reliability. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving customer tracking with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
