Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Sable Press is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving press runs with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
