Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Amber Markets serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving online orders with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
