Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Orchard Farms is an agricultural business based around Knoxville, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving harvest schedules with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
