Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Bridge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Kansas City, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving cold storage with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
