Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Housing Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving lease compliance with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
