Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Clear Farms is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving harvest schedules with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
