Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Jackson, MS)

Cedar Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving customer orders with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
