Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would join a large organisation of about 697 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving collection routes with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
