Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Haven Construction and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving change orders with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
