Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Summit Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Indianapolis, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving batch records with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
