Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Hartford, CT)

Greenridge Oak Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Hartford with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving collection routes with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
