Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Des Moines, IA)

Summit Rook Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Des Moines plant, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving paper stock with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
