Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bridge Farms and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving packing house output with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
