Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Ashton Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Columbus. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving seasonal crews with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
