Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ember Early Learning and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving classroom supplies with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
