Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath North Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving licensing records with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
