Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Lantern Early Learning Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving meal programmes with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
