Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the Charlotte region, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would join a large organisation of about 231 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving grower contracts with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
