Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Lantern Auto Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving vehicle inspections with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
