Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Buffalo. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving dock schedules with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
