Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Rowan Foods Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Boston. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving cold storage with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
