Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Boston, MA)

Greenridge River Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Boston, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Boston. What you will do • Handle work involving store inventory with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
