Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Fern Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Birmingham, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving service complaints with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
